This book is about a 4 week old kitten who had gotten lost from her mother or was guided out of the litter due to her eye problems. Found in Ione, CA on a 102 degree day in August, she would not have lived much longer if she had not been found by Paul (Dad). Real photographs were taken of her first days in the family, her eye surgery and recovery. The goal is to show children how to care for a kitten that is not 100% and the joy she brings. Also, to let children know just because someone is different does not mean they should be treated different. Love is the answer.
