She offers consulting, coaching, and customized training services in presentation skills, business and professional writing, interpersonal communication, management communication, and meeting facilitation. Clients include government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and businesses in a range of sectors. She taught business communication at Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, Texas, USA, for 17 years and holds a PhD from St. Louis University.
