He has worked as a senior manager within the careers service for over ten years and was director of the Connexions Service in South London and also managed a range of national adult career counselling services including projects targeting support at unemployed clients. Steve currently works in London for the National Health Service as High Intensity CBT Therapist where he treats patients for a range of psychological problems including depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. Steve has also delivered numerous training courses throughout England combining cognitive behavioural approaches with the use of career counselling and coaching to motivate clients.
