Author Biography
Upon honorable discharge from the USMC the author applied and was accepted by the Rhode Island State Police serving 11 years. He was offered the position as Chief of Police for the Town of Coventry, Rhode Island and served as Chief for 3 years ending with devastating results based on trumped up political charges.
