I want to make it clear that this is not a formal vision of the profession, but my particular vision.
Coaches must have a series of tools or resources that they can use to help other people achieve their goals. It is surprising how many people can benefit from the work of a coach. Any process of change can be enhanced, accelerated and improved with the supervision of a coach.
