The mission has Cato going to planet Earth in the hopes of finding a solution to a problem in planet Swirl. When he arrives on planet Earth, he finds things are not so different from his home planet, Swirl. With the help of the earthling Jerry and Jerry's dog wisdom, Cato finds the solution he is looking for, but not in the way he expects.
