Green, PhD, CPsych, is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences at McMaster University and a clinical health psychologist in the Women's Health Concerns Clinic and Consultation Liaison Services at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton in Ontario, Canada.

Benicio N. Frey, MD, PhD, is an associate professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences at McMaster University, medical director of the Women's Health Concerns Clinic, and academic head of the Mood Disorders Program at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton.

Eleanor Donegan, PhD, is a clinical health psychologist and research analyst at the Women's Health Concerns Clinic at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton.

Randi E. McCabe, PhD, CPsych, is a professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences at McMaster University. She is psychologist in chief and director of the Anxiety Treatment and Research Clinic at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton.
