Author Biography

Jay Payne worked over thirty years in several progressive Quality Assur- ance capacities within various manufacturing industries, including food, automotive, commercial, industrial and aerospace. He is a graduate of Purdue University and he spent his final manufacturing years as a Di- rector of Quality. Jay has also served in various capacities of the clergy for over 25 years. He was once a full-time single parent of three children who are now adults, one of whom is deceased. Conducting life coaching, counseling and providing spiritual insight are his passions. Improving the Quality Assurance of people's lives is his aim. Because of his life's story, Jay has been compared by several who are familiar with his life, to the biblical story of Job. He resides in the South Bay area of Southern California with his beautiful wife, Tatiana.
