Beyond professional topics, it also touches on personal lessons - from dealing with burnout and depression to navigating love, friendships, and family. It is partly a personal reflection and partly a guide, with the goal of helping people see things more clearly and not be misled by unrealistic expectations or societal narratives. The title expresses a simple idea: the right moment to consciously shape your life is now.
