A true story of an SAS soldier caught in the brutal and bloody civil war in Rhodesia who experiences tumultuous highs and lows. His homeland eventually tears itself apart by inequality and inflames itself with hatred. Tug Morkel subsequently succumbs to a nervous breakdown. He relocates to a safe harbour sanctuary in Scotland and begins a new life thereafter; where he is able to repair some of the damage to his mind. Although his life is drenched in alpha-male adrenaline, his mental illness has the upper hand. The combined efforts of doctors along with his own determination to beat the condition helped him soldier on.
